Tucson Realty and Trust Co. held a press conference Wednesday to deliver its’ commercial real estate midyear review. Hank Amos, President and CEO of Tucson Realty and Trust Co. gave the market overview and Land report. In February, Mr. Amos painted an optimistic picture of the local commercial real estate market, citing business friendly government and job growth. His midyear review says this prediction is holding true. Specifically for the land market he cites strong price increases due to lack of inventory. The Investment market review was given by Mike Gross , investment and office specialist. An overview and forecast of the office market was outlined by Doug Richardson, office and investment specialist. Retail market report was given by Pat Darcy, Retail Division Head. The industrial commercial real estate market report was given by Chuck Blacher, industrial specialist.
