Tari Auletta represented the tenant in the development of a new 20,000 square foot build-to-suit Class A office building at Skyline and Pima Canyon.
The project, Skyline Esplanade Phase II, is being built for Morgan Stanley, who plan to move their offices from the current location at 2840 E. Skyline Drive once the offices are completed.
