Commercial real estate brokers are sticking to their predictions of a market turnaround this year, but they are eyeing some obstacles carefully. At a midyear market review held by Tucson Realty & Trust Co. at Tucson Country Club on Thursday, brokers cited a laundry list of pressures pushing against the market’s recovery.
