Tari Auletta, CCIM, was awarded the Sharon Semon Outstanding Citizen of the Year Award Wednesday at Tucson Realty & Trust Co.’s annual awards meeting.
The Sharon Semon Outstanding Citizen of the Year Award is a travelling award to recognize individuals with exceptional community service. This award honors the memory of the late Sharon Semon, who spent many years with Tucson Realty & Trust Co. and contributed to the greater Tucson community with countless hours of service. The travelling award passed from last year’s recipient, Pat Darcy, to this year’s honoree Tari Auletta.
Tari Auletta received the award in recognition of her many contributions to the Tucson community and the Commercial Real Estate Profession. Ms. Auletta is currently a Committee Chair on the Board of Directors of the Southern Arizona Chapter of CCIM and a committee member of Tucson CREW. Tari has been involved with the Southern Arizona Chapter of CCIM for many years and was Chapter President 2002-2003. Other highlights from her service include the following:

Beverly Liby, Office Manager was recognized for her 18 years with Tucson Realty & Trust Co.
Sonia McKinney, Division Manager Commercial, was honored for her 8 years with Tucson Realty & Trust Co. Management Services, LLC.
Pat Darcy was recognized in 2013 for his many contributions to the Tucson community and the Real Estate Profession. Mr. Darcy is an active ICSC Member, spent eight years as a member of the City of Tucson Parks and Recreation Commission with four years as chairman. He has many speaking engagements and acts as an advocate for sports and education. He is an active member of Catalina United Methodist Church, a youth coach and a member of Pima County Hall of Fame. These are just a few of the highlights of Mr. Darcy’s tireless work in the Tucson Community.
