Finishing touches made on a build-to-suit project for Morgan Stanley at 7152 E. Pima Canyon Drive.
The project, Skyline Esplanade Phase II, is being built for Morgan Stanley, who plan to move their offices from the current location at 2840 E. Skyline Drive once the offices are completed. Morgan Stanley has signed a lease for a 20,000 square foot build-to-suit building at 7152 E. Pima Canyon Drive (northwest corner of Pima Canyon Road and Skyline Drive), Tucson, Arizona. The ground breaking started in June 2014 and the building should be ready for a June 2015 occupancy. Tari Auletta, CCIM with Tucson Realty & Trust Company was the local broker that represented the tenant side and James Hardman, CCIM with DESCO Southwest represented the landlord.
