Tucson Realty & Trust Co. co-hosted it’s annual Winter Soiree on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at the Tucson Country Club along with BeachFleischman PC. This years Soiree included a sneak preview of Arizona’s next Governor, featuring Republican Doug Ducey and Democrat Fred DuVal. The Soiree was the first time the candidates spoke together in the same room on the campaign trail. The gathering proved to be an ideal venue for a relaxed exchange between the opponents. The event was well attended by Tucson’s leaders and power players in real estate. The afternoon was rounded out by Hank Amos, President and CEO of Tucson Realty & Trust presenting this Year’s Real Estate Forecast and David Cohen CPA, Executive Vice President of BeachFleischman PC presenting Tax Strategies For 2014. “We look forward to the Soiree every year as a chance to get together with old friends and to forge new connections,” Amos said, “it is a great way to start out the New Year and look to the future.”
