The long awaited Les-Paul Lounge is making progress in Broadway Tower at 4400 E. Broadway Blvd. The opening of the restaurant had been delayed by the sale of the building, brokered by Mike Gross of Tucson Realty & Trust Co., in December. The co-owners of the Les-Paul Lounge, Les Baxter and Paul Kukich, hope to open July 1, according to an article published today in the Arizona Daily Star. The co-owners met with Mike Gross of TRT,  architect Chuck Meyer, contractor Dave Williamson and property manager Vicki Holben on Wednesday to discuss plans.
